Jason Vesely, the man behind Secondhand Serenade created a Mypsace page, booked and promoted his own shows, bypassed John Mayer and Nickelback on the charts and created enough industry buzz to land a recording contract. Jason Fox recently inked a deal with Jermaine Dupri and Island Records because of his youtube fame for his song “Aunt Jackie.” The song and dance, “Aunt Jackie” became a youtube phenomenom with people around the world posting their versions of the dance on Youtube.
